Don’t you love a thick, juicy steak? Me too! One of my favorite things to do is sit on the screened porch, sipping a cocktail, listening to porch music and waiting for the coals to heat up. John is strictly a charcoal guy, so it’s a bit of a ritual to start the fire and get the grill ready. Our favorite cut is a New York because it has such good flavor. Several years ago, John came up with this awesome marinade. Give a try! Happy grillin’!
